For demands up to 5800GPD, we can supply premium quality AqSep RO plants with small footprint installation, optional energy recovery, and fast delivery. Larger projects utilize our custom control designs and industry-standard components. All our plants use SuperDuplex Danfoss pumps, which are extremely reliable and well-adapted to the Caribbean operating environment. Energy recovery is fitted on all plants over 20kGPD and available on our smaller AqSep plants. In-house PLC-based panel design with touchscreen HMI and assembly provide flexibility and ease of maintenance, especially when combined with Modbus control over SCADA. With capacity up to 2MGPD, we can offer Design/Build, BOOT and take-or-pay water contracts for any application or Caribbean location.
Caribbean Technology is also a pre-approved vendor for water plants for the BVI Government, and successfully completed the complete electrical installation contract for the Biwater 2.3MGPD RO plant in Paraquita Bay. Our client base includes remote private islands, resorts, residential locations, and commercial water bottling plants.”
Our emphasis is on efficient modular package plants with low maintenance and the minimum required operator training and supervision, extending from packaged residential plants, to high product quality Membrane and MBBR systems for larger projects. We also provide a range of tertiary treatment systems utilising Parkson Dynasand filtration, UV sterilisation and AC treatment for applications ranging from subsurface irrigation through sprinkler quality, to recycled water suitable for toilet flushing. Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition
We currently utilise SCADA over internet for remote monitoring and control for RO plants, tanks, pumps, generators, A-C, security systems etc., with cellular options available for clients. A full range of analogue and digital sensors are available, with 4-20mA loop, ratiometric, modbus RTU and TCP, and Ethernet networks. Custom PLC programming and touchscreen controls are engineered in-house, and complete system management and control is achieved over secure cloud servers, or local webserver. Other modes include fixed-line, cellular, radio or satellite telemetry for data and control. We also offer electronic module repair, programming and configuration, and mobile asset tracking via satellite and Google Earth.
