Full-authority remote monitoring and automated control system for 30K Salt Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) plant on remote island.
We installed level sensors in 3 cisterns that can be selected to operate the SWRO plant on demand, from any cistern.
Additionally we interfaced a PLC with a local control HMI and our SCADA gateway to provide a custom virtual dashboard for operators and managers to monitor and control the SWRO plant remotely from their PCs and smartphones, via a dedicated secure website.
Alerts for system warnings are sent via email and text messages to selected staff.
